Who we are and what we do.
Here at Cardiff Foodbank, we want to see a Cardiff where no one goes hungry. We provide individuals and families with parcels of 3-day emergency food and essentials. We also work with lots of agencies across Cardiff to provide people with support, training & up-skilling, as well as debt & budgeting advice.

- Providing 3-day emergency food and essential parcels to people in need in Cardiff
- Working with 190+ agencies and charities in our network to support those in need
- Signposting people who come to the foodbank to other areas of support
- Connecting with local businesses to share the message of who we are and what we do
- Engaging with local groups to campaign for change in our city
Main reasons people need us
In 10 years of social reform, austerity and continued cuts to statutory services, the need for a food bank in Cardiff has more than doubled and continues to grow. The main reasons people need are service are:

- Benefit Delays
- Benefit Changes
