Are you ready to take on the challenge of the 13.1-mile Cardiff Half Marathon 2026—and make a real difference for people in crisis?
The event will take place on Sunday, 4 October 2026, but this year, for the first time, organisers are running a ballot-entry system. If you would like to run as part of #TeamCardiffFoodBank, you can pre-register your interest now for one of our charity places— and you’ll be the first to know when applications open.
We ask each of our charity runners to raise a minimum of £250 in sponsorship to help us support people across Cardiff who are facing hardship.

We'd like to thank the volunteers who gave their time to be part of our inaugural Cheer Squad. Runners have told us how much they loved the positive energy from our pompom-waving, cowbell-clanking, cheering team. Thanks to all who helped to make our squad so successful.
