Supermarket Food & Money Collection

Cardiff Foodbank has a 3 day Tesco supermarket collection coming up on Thursday 21st November, Friday 22nd November and Saturday 23rd of November. We will be collecting in 3 stores in Cardiff (Western Avenue, Culverhouse Cross and St Mellons) on all 3 days and need lots of people to help staff this event.
Can you help us?
Volunteers will either be giving out shopping lists, asking shoppers if they would be willing to buy an extra item of food, or dating and sorting donations – or both!
We split the days into 2 hour slots:
9am-11am | 11am-1pm | 1pm-3pm | 3pm-5pm
We are looking for folks to commit to a 2 hour slot (or more).
Please come dressed in ‘smart casual’ clothing and enclosed footwear.
