I came into work today to a lovely letter from a client about one of our foodbank volunteers. I have included a section below;
“I would like to thank the young gentleman “Dan” … at your foodbank on Thursday. I was mesmerised by his kind words and nonjudgemental attitude to myself, he took the time to be exceedingly gracious and was all too willing to listen……. Dan exhibited friendliness to a stranger and he was very accommodating and hospitable………. So thank you indeed very much for such a wonderful young gentleman and his kind nature.”
It is always lovely to hear feedback especially when it is so positive. Well done to Dan and all our volunteers who go out of their way every week to make people feel welcomed and cared for in their time of need.
